• Visa request on company letterhead addressed to the Italian Consulate stamped and signed in original
• Copy of the certificate of registration at the Chamber of Commerce in Italy
• Passport valid for not less than six months WITH TWO PAGES FREE adjoining
• Two original passport photo with white background
• 1 completed form
• Copy the residence permit for non-Italian
• single visa 80 Euro for the consular fees
• Visto multiple 175 euro for consular fees

FOR WOMEN AND OR SPECIAL CATEGORIES’ MINISTERIAL AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED Validity: under the authorization

WORK VISAS

• Contract of employment
• Medical certificate: Completing the appropriate form by the ASL. They are also required certificates related to HIV and HCV tests
• Police Certificate
• Letter of application for a visa of Saudi society endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia
• Qualification certificate
• Passport valid for not less than six months WITH TWO PAGES FREE adjoining
• Two original passport photo with white background.
• 1 completed form to the typewriter or computer and signed by the applicant downloadable at bottom of page (the module can’ also be completed by computer)
• 35 Euro for the consular fees included insertion enjazit
• Copy the original or authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the receipt of payment in Saudi Arabia

VISAS FOR FAMILY REUNION

• VALID passport 6 WITH AT LEAST TWO MONTHS FREE PAGES adjacent
• 2 Original passport photo with white background
• 1 completed form to the typewriter or computer and signed by the applicant downloadable at bottom of page (the module can’ also be completed by computer)
• PLEASE SEND TOGETHER WITH THE PRACTICE OF HAVING THIS DECLARATION SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT
