- 1 letter of presentation by the Italian company, scritta in inglese, on letterhead addressed to the Indian consulate in the original

- containing information about the visa applicant (name, surname, qualification)

- containing information on the activity’ carried out by the Italian firm and for small to medium companies enter the amount of the annual turnover

- specifying the reason for the trip, the period of the visa, the number of inputs required and if the stay exceeds 30 days for each trip specify the reason

- bearing an original signature and stamp

- CAUTION : Since the consulate may issue a visa annual multi-, in the case of successive visits , must be added that the period of stay for each stay does not exceed 30 days. The same statement may be given also to the letter of invitation from the Indian firm.
